Zenotris across the Gulf — process intelligence with local context

Operations leaders across the GCC face the same core problem — work scattered across systems that do not talk to each other — but every market shapes it differently. Mainland-vs-free-zone in the UAE. Vision 2030 transformations in Saudi Arabia. Sovereign-cloud requirements across the wider region.

Zenotris is Dubai-based and works with clients across the Gulf and into the UK and EU. Below: the markets we have dedicated content for today, and the ones where we already deliver projects.

Where we work

Live geo-pages with full local context are linked. Markets where we already deliver projects but haven't built a dedicated page yet are listed under Serving now. Get in touch if you want to talk before the page lands.

Expanding 2026

Saudi Arabia

Riyadh · Jeddah · Dammam · NEOM corridor

Vision 2030 is the largest digital-transformation programme in the region, and most of our KSA engagements sit inside it. ZATCA e-invoicing flows, SAMA-aligned banking governance, and NEOM-scale logistics process work are the typical scope.

Sovereign-cloud requirements drive a lot of our architecture decisions here — we design event-log pipelines that satisfy data-residency rules without crippling the analytics. Active discovery work today; the dedicated KSA geo-page is in build for Q3 2026.

Qatar

Doha · Lusail

Public-sector and hospitality engagements after the operational scale-up that followed the 2022 World Cup. Process governance for sovereign-tier deployments, SLA monitoring across multi-vendor estates, and bilingual deliverable production for steering committees that expect Arabic alongside English.

Strong fit for organisations running on hybrid cloud where parts of the data must stay on Qatari infrastructure. We pair the process intelligence work with the supporting compliance documentation when the engagement is regulated.

Kuwait

Kuwait City

Financial-services and energy-sector process work. CBK-aware governance frameworks for banking clients, plus refinery and downstream-energy operations where workflow-execution data sits across SCADA, ERP, and bespoke vendor systems.

We typically frame Kuwait engagements around two things: closing the visibility gap across legacy and modern operational systems, and producing documentation that withstands central-bank and regulatory review when the work touches financial controls.

Bahrain

Manama

Banking and fintech-ecosystem engagements, often inside the regulatory sandbox that Bahrain pioneered for the region. CBB regulatory-process documentation runs alongside the mining work — operations, compliance, and risk teams sit closer together here than in larger markets, and the deliverables reflect that.

We see strong demand from regional banks consolidating operations across multiple GCC entities. Bahrain is often the hub where the cross-border process design happens, even when execution spans UAE, KSA, and Qatar.

Oman

Muscat · Salalah

Logistics, ports, and tourism-sector process intelligence — Oman's Vision 2040 has put signiicant weight on the port and logistics infrastructure at Salalah, Sohar and Duqm, and process work follows the throughput growth.

Engagements typically combine end-to-end operations mining (port arrival → customs → onward logistics) with workforce-localisation planning under Omanisation. Tourism clients use us for guest-journey process intelligence ahead of the 2030 visitor-volume targets.

Why a Gulf-based delivery partner matters

Process intelligence is more than the platform. The harder part — the part vendors do not solve — is configuring the discipline around the data. That work is local.

Local data residency rules

UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL, Qatar QFC. Each has its own requirements for where event logs live. We design for the constraint, not against it.

Mainland and free-zone structures

Free-zone entities run different governance than mainland operations. The same process can look compliant in one and incomplete in the other.

Workforce localisation

Emiratisation, Saudisation, Qatarisation, Omanisation. Process work has implications for headcount mix and reporting cadence that off-the-shelf templates do not capture.

Bilingual delivery

Discovery interviews, runbooks, and steering deliverables in English with Arabic adaptation where the audience requires it.

Local time zones, local response

GST is +4. Status calls do not start at 11pm UK time. The team you talk to is the team running the project.

Tool-agnostic across regional ERPs

We mine on top of whatever you run — Celonis, Signavio, ABBYY, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft. We do not resell. The fit recommendation is honest.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only work in the GCC?
No — we have delivered projects across the UAE, GCC, UK, and EU. The Gulf is the centre of our delivery model because it is where our team is based. Engagements outside the region are typically remote with on-site phases for discovery and pilot launch.
Why doesn't every country have its own page yet?
Because thin "coming soon" pages do not help anyone. We build a dedicated geo-page once the demand for it justifies the depth — usually after we have run at least two engagements in that market and can write with specifics, not generalities. The UAE page came first because the demand is here. The KSA page is in build for the same reason.
Can we engage you before the dedicated page for our country exists?
Yes. The page is for SEO and self-serve research; the engagement is a conversation. Use the contact form or book a discovery hour — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit for your market.
What is the typical engagement model regionally?
Three phases — Discovery (2–3 weeks, event-log assessment + ranked opportunity backlog), Pilot (6–8 weeks, one process end-to-end with a measurable outcome), Scale (ongoing, monthly cadence, multiple processes). Engagement size varies by market scope; Discovery alone is a low-commitment way to start.
Do you handle Arabic-language deliverables?
English is the working language for most engagements. We adapt steering-committee deliverables and end-user runbooks to Arabic when the audience requires it — typically for government-adjacent work and for operations teams in mainland UAE / KSA / Qatar.
